RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your SmartNest product. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at smartnestco.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email smartnestco.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
