Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll get an order confirmation by email, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping time
Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days within the United States after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier or customs delays, especially during busy periods.

Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking to begin updating.

Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please email us at smartnestco.store@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to help.
